With decades of experience as employees, employers, and entrepreneurs, we recognized a persistent gap between the skills available in the market and the evolving demands of the industry. Finding candidates with the right skill set was challenging, and even those hired often lacked the practical knowledge needed to excel.
Our journey began couple of decades ago, shaped by experiences as employees, employers, and entrepreneurs. These years were filled with self-learning, learning from industry, entrepreneurs, our peers, our teams, and leaders.
Through these experiences, we gained a deep understanding of the skills required and deemed mandatory for success in the industry. However, the gap between the skills available in the market and the ever-evolving demands of the industry always remained the key issue.
On one end, it was increasingly difficult to find candidates with the right skill set. On the other, even after hiring, we observed that many were unable to perform effectively, often lacking the practical knowledge and application required to thrive in their roles. This persistent challenge made it clear that the issue lay not just with individuals but with the system itself—a system that wasn’t equipping people with the skills truly needed in the workplace.
TSEEP (The Skill Enhancement and Employability Program) has evolved over decades of conceptualization, beginning with the development of a manual prototype. Our initial effort included manual simulations designed to address skill gaps and align academic learning with industry needs. These simulations provided invaluable insights, leading to the creation of a structured framework that bolsters the current iteration of TSEEP programs. The formation of TSEEP Academy in 2024 marked a significant milestone, enabling the formalization of this framework, TSEEP Magic Box and its scaled deployment. The present state of TSEEP reflects years of refinement, ensuring relevance and efficacy in meeting contemporary educational and professional demands.
It was at this critical juncture that the team pledged with unique experiences and perspectives, came together with this vision. We came from diverse backgrounds; Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Educationalist, Social Development Sector.
Together, we envisioned TSEEP Academy—a commitment to society, born out of a genuine desire to bridge the gap between education and industry requirements. And give back to the society what we have gained through years of experience.
